A follow-up clean to refresh the space after final cleaning. Ideal before move-in, staging, or listing photos.

Service description
Our Touch-Up Post-Construction Clean is a light, follow-up service performed after the Final Clean. Designed to reset and refresh a property before key handoffs like move-ins, showings, or closings. Touch-up cleans are best suited for builders, agents, or project managers preparing new homes, model units, or renovated spaces for client delivery.
This service is ideal when:
Dust has settled again
The site was accessed after the Final Clean
You want to present a polished, camera-ready property
What’s Included:
Light surface dusting
Vacuuming of high-traffic floor areas
Spot-cleaning mirrors, glass, and switches
Wipe-down of counters and fixtures (as needed)
Light trash bagging if needed (bin must be provided)
Important: This service is available to clients who booked a Final Post-Construction Clean within the past 7 business days, or to new clients whose prior cleaner is unavailable. It does not include heavy debris removal, deep cleaning, or cleanup from active trade work. The service does not include the cleaning of extremely soiled bathrooms, stained toilets, or spaces with biohazards, standing waste, or severe buildup. If the space has been reoccupied, altered, or left in significantly different condition, a new quote may be required.
Service policy
Effective January 1, 2025
By booking a service with GradClean Solutions LLC (“GradClean,” “we,” or “our”), the Client (“you”) agrees to the following Terms and Conditions.
Services Offered
GradClean provides cleaning services for:
Post-construction properties (rough and final cleans)
Office cleaning
Standard services include:
Disinfecting and wiping of surfaces
Floor vacuuming and mopping
Bathroom and kitchen cleaning
Trash bagging/removal (light debris)
Dusting of baseboards and common areas
Note: GradClean only provides services as described in the selected service package. Requests outside that defined scope (e.g., appliance interiors, strong odor removal, power washing, or heavy debris) are not offered and will not be performed.
Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide:
Legal and safe access to the property
Electricity and running water on site
A hazard-free work environment
Alarm disarmament and pet containment, if applicable
If access is not available at the scheduled time, a $75 no-access fee will be charged. Rescheduling is not guaranteed and may require a new appointment slot.
Post-Construction and Turnover Standards
Properties must be:
Dry, structurally safe, and walkable
Free of mold, rodent droppings, and standing water
Equipped with an on-site trash dumpster
GradClean reserves the right to cancel if conditions are unsafe or unsanitary. We do not clean:
Human and animal waste
Soiled toilets, tubs, or sinks
Biohazards, pest infestations, and mold
Heavy construction materials
Heavy debris piles
Payment Terms
A valid credit or debit card. Your card will be authorized 24–48 hours prior to service and charged after completion. First-time clients may be required to prepay in full. Net terms are not available for touch-up bookings.
Payment via credit card, ACH, or check. Net-15 or Net-30 terms are available for repeat clients or larger projects, subject to approval. A signed agreement and appropriate business documentation may be required. Invoices are due according to agreed terms and will incur late fees if unpaid.
A $75 no-access fee may apply if our team cannot begin work due to:
Locked or restricted access
Interference from active trades
Unsafe or unsanitary site conditions
All payment terms are considered accepted at the time of booking and will be reflected in your quote or invoice. GradClean reserves the right to decline or delay service if payment terms are not met or if card or check authorization fails.
Cancellations & No-Shows
You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 72 hours in advance with no penalty. Cancellations made within 72 hours of your appointment may result in a $75 cancellation fee. Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged in full quoted amount.
Damage & Liability Waiver
GradClean is not responsible for:
Pre-existing damage and visible wear
Scratches on soft, hard, and unfinished surfaces
Loose, defective, and poorly secured fixtures
Fragile and high-value items left in service areas
Please remove and secure delicate, sentimental, and valuable items prior to service.
Satisfaction Guarantee
If something was missed, please notify us within 24 hours after your appointment. We do not offer refunds, but we will gladly return to re-clean the affected area at the next available appointment, based on your original service scope. If a service condition falls outside the original booking scope, we’ll offer options for a follow-up appointment or provide a separate quote. We reserve the right to decline free follow-up service if requests are excessive, unreasonable, or appear to be outside the intent of this guarantee. No additional fees are charged without client approval.

By scheduling service with GradClean Solutions LLC, you agree to the terms above. Terms are subject to change. Questions or special conditions must be discussed before your appointment.
